-3~5 years of sales background (Outside sales, Inside sales, Tele-sales, Chat Sales etc) 
-Team mangement experience
-Excellent Cantonese/Mandarin written and verbal communication skills required 
-Sales trend & customer analysis experience 
-Agents efficiency & productivity rmanagement
