1.       Developmentand lead of the regional application engineering team for Modules and Systems.

2.       Generate skill matrix and secure proper trainings for the team with focus on Thermal Management Modules and Systems, including coolant and refrigerant.

3.       Execute AE/AET projects according to AQP, on time, on spec, on budget for smooth serial production launch.

4.       Responsible for budget and head count planning.

5.       Define and secure project budgets and resource allocation.

6.       Extend system knowledge of the regional MAS team.

7.       Ensure application engineering tasks, AE/AET projects, to be completed on time, on spec, on budget.

8.       Understand future market and customer needs and forward information to advanced developments teams.

9.       Analysis and adaption of customer Thermal system conceptsto improve performance and to reduce system cost.

10.    Active development of a joint corporation between customers and TI.

11.    Lead Thermal System trainings and its documentation to train the TI organization.

12.    Global alignment on MAS engineering activities with the other regions and the supervisor.

13.    Business trips upon request.

14.    Carry over of additional tasks and responsibilities within the job description.

-          At least 8years experiencein the field of Thermal systems in the automotive industry

-          At least 5 years management experience

-          Demonstrated skills in thermal systems, leadership, problem solving, quality driven mindset

-          Strong engineering and project management background

-          Ability and competence to coordinate improvement efforts and drive best practices across multiple locations

-          International Experience, e.g. foreign assignment

-          Solid expertise in Thermal Management architectureswith focus on BEV, PHEV.

-          Solid know how on refrigerant systems and refrigerants (R134a, R1234yf, R744, R290).

-          Good understanding in mechatronics (motor, electronics, software) and its interaction up to high voltage systems.
