[직무명] Integration Leader (all non-commercial) (ASAP) [담당업무] - Pre-closing, in accordance with the deal overview and thesis and due diligence results and in support of the Integration Leader and BD personnel ; Participate in the development of a viable integration strategy and plan. ; Personally lead strategy/planning activities dedicated to them by the Integration Leader or BD. ; Ensure the development strategy/plan is aligned with applicable business/functional strategies in these assigned activities. - Post-closing and transfer from BD control: ; Drive execution of the integration plan within assigned functional areas, including evolving the strategy as necessary, team maintenance, tracking and reporting, and budget control. ; Effectively identify, raise, diagnose, and solve any risks or anomalies impacting the successful integration of the acquired organization based on the agreed integration strategy. ; Responsible through the completion of integration end state. ; Communicate results, timelines and status, to a broad and targeted audience, including the most senior executives in Olympus an informal and formal basis. Forge relationships with key stakeholders to make the business development and integration teams successful and impactful across organization. Drive accountability across the team(s) and escalate issues in a timely manner. - Performs other related duties and activities as required.
