- Achievement of new program awards for all Asian OEMs as well as Korea OEMs.

- Creating value propositions to maximize market penetration and profitability.

- Customers related all communication and relationship build and utilization.

- Review and implement of sales strategy and action plan and bid process for target projects.

- Negotiation of sales price and commercial terms and conditions with top customers for final decision.

- Advanced technology products introduction planning to Customer.

- Supporting and guidance of team members to achieve their goal.

- Interface with company global culture and direction and region.

 

[Áö¿øÀÚ°Ý]

- Bachelor¡¯s degree at least

Minimum 10 years or more in the automotive parts sales/marketing field with engineering background preferred. 

  Prefer motorized product experience. (Â÷~ºÎÀå±Þ)

- Strong customer network with key customers including HKMC.

- Good understanding of HKMC business processes

- High level of experience in running a sales team

- Good understanding of global business culture and processes.

- High level of global communication skills with strong command of English
