5.       Ensure that the application engineering tasks within the projects are completed on time and within the specified budget.

6.       Check customer technical product requirements and ensure compliance.

7.       Analysis and adaption of customer Thermal system conceptsto improve performance and to reduce system cost.

8.       Active development of a joint corporation between customers and TI.

9.       Understand future customer and market needs and forward information to advanced developments teams.

10.    Alignment on MAS engineering activities with the other regions and the supervisor.

11.    Business trip share of approximately 30%.

-          3 to 5years experiencein the field of Thermal systems in the automotive industry

-          Demonstrated skills in thermal systems, leadership, problem solving, quality driven mindset

-          Strong engineering and project management background

-          Ability and competence to coordinate engineering tasks and best practices across multiple departments

-          Successfully completed (technical) university degree in mechatronics or equal.

-         Further trainings with focus on quality, operations, design to cost and design for manufacturing beneficial.

-          In-depth know-how in APQP and FMEA

-          Expertise in Thermal Management architectureswith focus on BEV, PHEV.

-          Solid know how on refrigerant systems and the refrigerant (R134a, R1234yf, R744, R290).
