[Æ÷Áö¼Ç¸í] QA Integration Leader (ASAP) [´ã´ç ¾÷¹«] - Enhance and ensure execution
of the Quality integration strategy based on due diligence findings. Assess
current capabilities, systems, policies, processes, organizational structure,
and resources at the acquired organization vs. The needs of the global Quality
organization at Olympus. Create, drive,
and support holistic integration strategy/planning activities and integration
execution against best practices. - Lead the final Quality integration
strategy and planning, including key risks/mitigations, resource assignments,
new headcount needs, and budget requirements in direct partnership with the BU
Integration Leader, Business Development, the global Quality organization, and
cross-functional integration leadership teams. - Drive integration at the
transition point, through the effective assessment of capabilities, systems,
policies, resources, executing the program until all objectives are completed.
This effort will include ongoing tracking and reporting of progress towards
agreed-upon integration milestones/goals, timely escalation of risks to
deliverables or timelines, and demonstrated management of the complete Quality
integration plan. - Aligned with the global
Quality organization¡¯s strategies and objectives, act Liaison and primary
contact between the acquired company¡¯s Quality organization/operations and the global
Olympus Quality function, building/maintaining critical global networks both
within the Quality organization and cross-functionally. - Promote and evolve the
Quality integration strategy/plan, as necessary, and drive the engagement of
the Quality teams at acquired sites, globally with Olympus, and
cross-functionally, ensuring each workstream has a clear understanding of their
role/s related to Quality and the Quality integration plan. - Develop and then maintain
necessary internal reporting, to include Olympus KPIs, and escalate negative
trends, concerns, and risk mitigation strategies to the global Olympus Quality
team. - Responsible for site
audit readiness of acquired sites to ensure adoption and compliance to all
applicable quality or regulatory standard requirements, guidance, and best
practices. - Lead the development,
implementation, and improvement of QMS processes at the acquisition sites. - Forge strong partnership
with senior leaders across global Olympus to identify and remove blockers to
ensure delivery of an integrated approach to Quality at acquired sites. [ÀÚ°Ý ¿ä°Ç] - Çз : BS
in Engineering or higher - 15+
years in medical device/pharmaceutical industry - Direct
Quality/Regulatory experience required - Direct
experience in acquisitions/mergers highly desired - Fluent
in Korean and English languages, both written and verbal is required - FDA experience - Medical device background & knowledge - Excellent
communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to quickly distils
complex information into actions/recommendations. - Excellent
leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across
cultures and personality types - Strong
project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource management.
