- Legal consultation and legal risk management (30%)

·             ;  Advises senior management and the business on legal risks and best practices for commercial transactions and corporate matters.

·             ;  Participates in the board and/or executive committee meetings, and on other corporate working group, as assigned.

  - Legal Support: Contract, negotiation, and due diligence for developing legal function (30% of time)

    ; Develops and implements contract templates and associated processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery and consumption of legal services while protecting the Company’s risk profile.

·             ; Reviews, negotiates, and drafts agreements on behalf of the Company on a variety of business and transactional matters.

·             ; Localize and develop model standard agreements / clauses.

·             ; Conduct Due Diligence activities for business transactions.

        - Legal Support to OT IP function and IP litigation (20% of time):

   ; Working closely with other IP professionals at Company and external counsel, develop and manage IP portfolio, including patents and trademarks, and support research and development organization.

·     

  - Internal Investigation and legal support to governance support (15% of time)

   ;  Ensures compliance with the law and internal corporate policies.

·             ;  Conduct Internal Investigations.

  - Litigation management (5% of time)

    ; Develop and maintain relationships with external lawyers and other service providers.

·          -  J.D. from an accredited Korean law school.

  - Licensed to practice law in accordance with Korean bar requirements
