[포지션명] R&D Integration
Leader (ASAP) [담당 업무] - Participates in creating and evolving the R&D integration
strategy - Communicates NPD and sustaining project updates with relevant
metrics to senior leadership - Escalates challenges to relevant stakeholders, proposes solutions
and supports problem solving efforts. - Works with the acquired entity to identify needs for development
tools and processes and advocates for implementation - Builds effective
relationships and supports staff and cross-functional integration leaders [자격 요건] - Bachelor's degree in Engineering required - Minimum of 15 years leading medical device research
and development teams (diverse / global business experience strongly preferred)
in developing and launching medical devices globally Skills - Possesses
a deep understanding of product development processes and systems. - Extensive experience in developing and commercializing regulated
devices under Design Control (21 CFR 820), ISO13485, ISO14791, etc.) and knowledge
of applicable regulations. - R&D full development life in Medical device - Demonstrated aptitude for medical device project foresight and
contingency planning.
